At GetTalking we are completely committed to helping children break through whatever communications barriers they may face.
We take a very holistic approach and seek to understand a child from all aspects rather than try to fit a child into our tools and techniques. Often we find that a child has other, interrelated, issues that may need addressing as part of a complete program. To truly help a child we need to be able to look at a wider picture, and may suggest bringing in other expertise if and when needed.
As part of that approach we also seek to work closely with parents, care givers and teachers. Assessments and therapy sessions are starting points and guides, but the most effective therapy by far is delivered by people close to a child on a regular and ongoing basis.
Come, work with us, and see the difference!
